I got pedicure the first time I went to the salon. The lady scratched my skin so bad, that it took a few weeks to heal. I decided to give it another try, but to get manicure this time. First of all, I am not a fan of paying before the service is complete, because I might not like how the service is done. The lady did nit speak English, so it was hard to communicate my preferences. They charged me $18 for a classic menicure while it says $15 on their website. I think they should have honored the price of $15 once I inquired of the discrepancy, but they did not. Finally, the application of nail polish is mediocre. The shapes are not done great either. Will not return to this salon

My date and I had an awesome pedicure/manicure experience! Our services was provided by Lisa and Na. They were friendly and we had no complaints about their work. Prices were reasonable and beverages were provided. Highly recommend this place!

The service here was exceptional!!!! The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I had 3 different technicians working with me while I was there and they all took their time and made sure that I was completely satisfied with their work. They all pay so much attention to detail. I'm visiting the area on business and I just happened to run across this little Gem. I would highly recommend this salon!

I LOVE pretty nails! Today was my first time going and I love the atmosphere. Very clean, I love the lay out and very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and nice. The young man that did my nails did an awesome job and was super sweet! He wasn’t rough with my nails and he took his time which I liked a lot. I definitely would recommend Pretty nails and if I could I would give them 10+ stars! I really enjoyed my experience here! Thanks PN! I’ll be back :)
