Not sure if it was the time of day, 2:30pm, or if it's just that they were busy, but this place is not clean, there is not good customer service, and the prices are more than a better salon in Dilworth. The nail stations need to be cleaned off. There was powder and dust everywhere. There were nail clippings on the floor and in one of the empty pedicure chairs. Every busy is trying to survive but I think this location needs some attention from the owners.
If you live nearby, it's convenient to Walmart and there is plenty of parking. For physically handicap customers, the salon has tight quarters. They have installed barriers that provide a plastic shield between them and the customer. There are lots of color and style options available to suit everyone.

Ask for Jennifer!! I’ve been getting my nails done for years but she made me feel like it was my 1st time getting them done. I love the shape,color, & customer service. Definitely worth the money. It was a little wait time but she exceeded my expectations!

Sam was amazing. He took time and pleasure with my pedicure. He got things from my feet I didn't even know was there. Very nice and gentle. The atmosphere was so clean, especially with this Covid-19. I give them 5 Stars. He is my guy!
