This is not DaviNails anymore, but it is one of the offices for a building company - Truong Townhomes, which are being built around it. Thus, I'm not sure how to rate it.

Walmart DaVi Nails, Woodland Park, CO
I made an appointment for 1PM pedicure and arrived on time. As I took a seat in the waiting area, two operators were working at tables, one with a customer and one filling bottles. Ten minutes passed and neither operator acknowledged me. Finally I chose a color of polish, walked over to the bottle filler and said, "I have a 1 o'clock appointment for a pedicure." Then he told me it would be a few minutes while he finished filling the bottles. After seating me in the pedicure chair, he left the facility. Ten minutes later he returned to the back room while I sat waiting. His child was next to me in one of the pedicure chairs playing a Disney cartoon on a laptop computer the entire time I was there. Three potential customers came and left while I was getting service, because no one greeted them or acted at all interested in their business. The customer service in this shop is deplorable. Do I need to define that for you? It stunk!

I didn't want to rate them at all but l had to in order to leave a review. I went to DaVi Nails yesterday at 1830 Galleria Blvd in Charlotte NC and had the worst experience ever at a nail salon.
As the lady was doing my nails it hurt when she use the metal thing to help with the pink and white service l had done. She saw me flinch and apologized. I didn't need her apologies. I just needed her to do it correctly.
I told her while she was doing my nails that they didn't look right...she kept saying l fix for you at the end but she didn't so since it didn't come out right so l didn't want to pay so l talked to the manager and he kept saying come back tomorrow after l explained to him l couldn't because my aunt died and l was going out of state but he said it a few more times which really made me more upset. When l said l was going to a funeral the lady said no understand. I told her yes she did because she'd understood everything else l'd said. The lady said l give her hard time but l didn't because l hadn't said anything until the end.
I told them l'd pay $25 for the $35 service although it wasn't worth it and l told them to call security because l wasn't paying it. She took my $40 and said she'd give me $5 back so l took my money out of her hand. I only agreed to $30 because l needed to leave.
One of the other men that worked their put his hand out as to help/escort me out. I told him he better not touch me. Needless to say l was very upset but no one seemed to care not even the manager.
I talked to the Walmart manager but she said she couldn't do anything that's why l'm contacting you. I'd like all if money back and an apology.
Thank you for your time.

I am calling your attention to a situation at your shop in Wal Mart, ,Perris, Ca
You have an employee by the name of Kim that is doing the work of three manicurists as two of her co-workers have been on vacation for weeks. What manager gives employees vacation without some one to cover their spots. Kim never turns anyone away. Kim deserves a raise, for her hard work.
She has a loyal following that is willing to wait hrs but I have seen many of customers walk away when they see four, five ahead of them.
Kim is to be commended for her work and loyalty. Several clients and I are willimg to start a petition for better treatment of employees. Kim has a male co-worker who can do manicures only. Really!
Furthermore customers don't like to have the manicurists conversing among themselves in their native tongue as they work on us. That is very rude, makes one feel we are being talked about.
Wal Mart, proper authorities and mass media would have a field day with these facts.
Please rectify. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this post from your corporate office. Thank you, Miss Daisy

Da-Vi Nails Walmart Newnan, GA. I had the worst treatment from Jimmy at this location. I was totally humiliated by his actions. Let's just say that if you are the CEO or in the corporate office of Da--Vi Nails, you may want to pay this salon a visit and take a good look at how he is representing your company.
