I don't usually give people bad reviews, but I think this one kind of deserves one. They made me bleed on every other finger almost. Her excuse was she "usually works on black peoples nails and their cuticles are a lot thicker." Well then she shouldn't be working on anyone else's nails if she didn't know how to properly do it. And on top of cutting me, my hands hurt so bad from how rough she was. The other lady there told me she was just a fill-in since the owners were out of town. I hope so....

It was my first time there and it was a great experience! Great customer service! Love my nails and eyebrows!
