so i went here the other day with my friends and it seemed that the only nail techs that even work there at all is a lady and her husband. the lady was initially really nice and i wish she had done our nails because the man wasn't nice at all. he would mumble and stuff. i had my foot on the chair (which is just a habit of mine that i do at my own home on my own expensive furniture) and the man just mumbled something. and was swatting at my foot with his hand.. im guessing this meant "get ur foot down". first of all.. im a customer and you don't treat a customer like that. you can kindly ask me to take my foot down but do not swat at me. the man did all of our nails and we probably spent 2 hours there in total. and other people there had like a 2 hour wait. also there were a ton of mosquitos in there because the door was open.. i was at the nail dryer and there were bugs on it. i spent 20 minutes under the nail dryer and 2 of my nails still chipped.. never experienced that at my normal nail shop. overall it wasn't awful.. probably just won't go back. its not nice to feel unwelcome when you are a customer.
