I absolutely love V she is by far the best at lashes and waxing in my opinion. I have been a customer for about two years. Once tried someone else when I was unable to get in to see her and it wad awful. At that moment I decided I would never let anyone else do my lashes but her as she knows exactly how you want them every time you come in.

Very disappointed. I was in a Rush that day I did not have time to sit there and ask them to redo all of my fingernails or I would have the acrylic is thick around my nail cuticles they did not take the electric file underneath the nail to clean up any dripping acrylic that dried on top of that they're switching you around to multiple people the entire time you're there there's not just one person doing your feet or one person doing your nails. My daughter and I got pedicures as well and it's supposed to come with a massage my lady massage my calf muscles for a couple of seconds my daughter's didn't even attempt it and when I got home I noticed that a couple of toenails weren't even a hundred percent coated with Polish I'm pretty disappointed in the service the people here are nice people but the quality work you get in my opinion is not worth the money.

Very nasty and RUDE I went there on 12/3/2019 with my daughter there was only 1 person in there so we were assisted quickly my daughter needed a fill in cut down and she had gel polish so we wanted gel polish she said $50 so of course I asked for a breakdown 20 for gel is all she said mind you there price board is there the fill in is 13 cut down 5 , so I say how much without gel she says 30 and now has an attitude, then tells me if i dont like I can go somewhere else as if I needed that I had no intention of spending a dime of my money in that place , do yourself a favor go somewhere where they will respect you and have some customer service skills also better prices I usually take my daughter to unique nails on raeford rd. I 0nly paid 27 dollars for a fill in cut down and gel polish.. fill 12 gel 10 cut down 5

Always love each experience feels like family when you are just a customer, good prices and designs are great as well. excellent service overall it was a great experience.
