I have been coming to Kim's since she opened her 1st nail salon (a couple doors down from where she currently is now). I have also, over the years, run into former employees who used to do my pedicures. (When I find a good one I only book with that person). I always ask them why they left & the story is the same. Kim loses great help because, according to them, she pushes them to hurry so that she makes more money. They cannot take the stress & do not like the way she treats customers. Everyone is ONLY a dollar sign to her. Sometimes she acknowledges you (but it is fake & forced) & other times she will look right at you & not say a word. When you bring in other guests she is super nice, but otherwise if it's just you she cannot be bothered. There is too much competition for any customer to put up with the poor service. I would not have given her any Stars, but I had to choose at least one to be able to post this review. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I got a French pedicure and the technician did such a wonderful job! I also wanted a shellac manicure and they gave me a different technician; she was very brusque, rushed through it and was not focused so I couldn't give feedback. She didn't do my cuticles or shape my nails and I left with shellac on my fingertips. I haven't decided if I will return. I think it depends on the technician.

Love Kim's nails! Been going to Kim's for many years and they all feel like family! Always up to date with the latest nail techniques as well as a VIP private room for pedicures if u want to get away from it all.
I use Christine at Kims and she is absolutely awesome! All their technicians are skilled and caring! Great owners they are on top of things!

they have Ann do your nails if your a new customer but when you come back they pass you off to less experienced techs my 2yr old daughter could have done a better job I had my nails done by two other techs and each time it was a horrible job now I go to Gloss Nails on 44th best decision I ever made if you do go to kims insist on Ann otherwise you will regret it. by the way Ann you deserve a raise😉

I love the professionalism and the quality of the job there. I take my wife here faithfully and she has been going here for over 3 years straight. They never rush through the job, and the waiting area is comfortable . This place is highly recommend !
