Ive been going to this place for several months and I am baffled how each visit varies so much in quality. There is a gentleman who runs the front counter sometimes who is awesome. The lady that runs it is a hit or miss depending on her mood.
Both of the men that do nails as well as a couple of the women are awesome. All of the rest are terrible and will give you an attitude if you give critique on how you want your nails done.
Today was my final straw with them. I called to say that I wanted to come in to see Tony to get the gel taken off my fingers (simply because I needed one less monthly expense to save some money, and Tony is awesome). I gave her a heads up that I was in the middle of a doctor's appointment and would be there within about 45 minutes.
Well, there was a complication with the doc and my appointment went long, so I called her about 15 min before my nail appointment to let them know I wouldn't make it. She gave me an attitude saying that he hasn't been able to be scheduled with anybody because I requested him. This is literally about 20 minutes after my first call. I'd get if I made the appointment the day before and called at or after my appointment time, but that wasn't the case here. The attitude I received was completely unprofessional.
The inconsistency of good service is annoying and will cause me to never go there again. If you decide that you still want to go, I do suggest to see Tony. He speaks little English but is extremely kind and does an amazing job.

If getting hurt is game then go here? Scraped my nail so hard my skin around nail burst and is sore? Cost 20.00 to have torture? Not worth it? Not at all? And cutting skin and spray alcohol after? Wow they sure know what to do?

My wife has drags me along for occasional pampering, I get the men's mani-pedi and I have been to several salons. I have most enjoyed Images over all other salons I have received services.
My wife is always happy with the treatments she receives she loves Vannie and Mike, and I have referred them to others.

Me and my friends got the nails done in 2 days ago, I love the way they did for me, very clean and creative art.. nice service and nice area too.
