My husband and I ate at Cheesecake Factory tonight for our 3 year anniversary and had the pleasure of having Jason as our waiter and he was outstanding! Our entire night was made by our incredible waiter and his exceptional person skills. We are so glad to have met you on this special night. Thank you so much for the phenomenal conversation, the incredible service and wonderful food - we will be back!

I love the decor, lighting and happy atmosphere. We had a great server. Service was very slow. We sat down at 8 and didn't get our food until close to nine 🙈. Our server was apologetic because our appetizer was never served. After finally getting our food, he brought the appetizer. I believe he was sincere when he apologized and gave us a courtesy by not charging the appetizer. My grandson ordered a vanilla milkshake. We had to request it to go. I ordered the Creole Shrimp with Andouile sausage and brown rice. It was very flavorful. Grandson ordered a grill cheese and my son ordered something like a chicken club sandwich with fries. We will have to come again soon for dessert and coffee.

Thank you Sonny for being our Server. You are very friendly, very polite & have a great personality. You helped me & my family decide on what to eat with options as well. Sonny also checks on you to make sure that your food was what you ordered as well as the taste. Sonny is very passionate with how she treat her guests. I had the breakfast burrito without the bacon along with warm bailey's/coffee. I also like to thank the cooks for our meals. Our food was fresh, tasteful & hot! I didn't get a picture of my family food. We had to get half of it to go. You get plenty to eat so try not to eat too much of the warm bread that they offer while you wait on your meal.

I love the cheesecake factory. And for 15 years I've been creating the same off menu item. The crusted chicken Romano with no sauce on it and mashed potatoes instead of pasta. I love this location because not only that do they make my favorite dinner for me but the one time that ever came out in a way that was good, but not as fantastic as usual they took it back, corrected it and checked in several times to make sure I was enjoying my dish like I normally do. The portions are huge so I suggest sharing things so you have room for some cheesecake or plan on taking a whole bunch of stuff home but it is always fantastic.

Usually a family favorite anytime we are in Nashville. The quality of food is consistent and good. The restaurant is themed well and always clean. If you're unsure of where to go, I'd highly recommend The Cheesecake Factory.
And always leave room for dessert 😋
