I went there for the first time, and will never go back. They started by filing half of my nails off while taking my old gel manicures off. Then she almost made me bleed while cutting the cuticles. She put the first layer of gel manicure shellac on my nails, and missed the sides of half of my nails. Then, while dropping everything off her table onto the floor, she realized the UV light nail dry box didn't work, and made me stick both hands into a single handed box that had wet nail polish from the previous person all around the inside of it. She tried very hard to get most of it off my hands while putting the pink color on my nails. Not only was the painting of the pink color uneven after 2 coats, but she left dry bumpy parts throughout the middle of my nails. Then, to top it all off, they quoted me $30 on the phone, and charged me $35 without an explanation. Never going to this place again..

Going here is the highlight of my week. The spa pedi is definitely worth the money for the almost two hours of leg pampering, with wonderful foot and leg massage. My husband enjoys them, too, says it is the only thing that keeps his very dry and cracking feet under control. The regular mani/pedi is also very good. It is a small place with a very personal touch. Sara is wonderful and her new assistant, Elev (sp?), is delightfut. When my out-of-town sisters come to visit, this is the place they want to come to!
