I walked in here at 7:30 so 30 minutes before they close because I have one broken nail. Which I have no issue paying for and they refused to fix it. I was told they have no time. Someone was sitting at their spot said she had to leave soon it’s a long drive home. Then just ignored me. I’ve never written a bad review but it takes 15 minutes tip to fix my nail...it’s just dip powder and I had cash in hand. Will never return.

It was my first time walking into this salon and as I walked in I was told to sign in.I noticed the sign in sheet was a wait list. However I was signed in before a customer and the customer who signed in thirty minutes after me got seated first. Did I tell you I waited an hour and was ignored. If you have to wait thirty minutes please just leave because they obviously don't want you as a customer.

The ladies are always nice. Very rarely is there no line. The wait is usually greater than 30 minutes. But when I leave my nails are always perfect and last a long time. Typically week nights they are open until 8 but get there before 6:30 if you want to make it in time before they close!

I moved to Taunton about 6 months ago. I started using this nail salon & I loved them. There was always a wait, but my nails looked good & lasted. After 3 months of coming here, my thumb all of a sudden was fully green, as I looked at my other nails, both my pointer fingers had green fungus on them as well. I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of their tools because I was really satisfied with the work. I have been doing my for 4 years and had never had fungus.

Had the dip powder done today. IT LOOKS HORRIBLE!! Like a 2 year old painted my nails! Uneven, bumpy, color all over my fingers and cuticles. She dumped the powder on my nails because there wasn't enough in the jar for me to dip my finger in. AND only one coat!! I will never go back again. Biggest waste of time and money
