wish I could give less than one star- was told one price for a gel fill only to get told I was given the wrong info by the person on the phone and it’s really ten dollars more than stated (which would have been fine), but then wanted to charge an extra 5 for gel polish on a GEL fill. was asked to pay before starting (which also should have been fine), but then the worker rushed, shoved me under the dryer and left without even checking on my nails. the polish was applied very thick so it never dried even after 40 mins in the dryer, the shape was not the same on either hand and some were way shorter than others. Went back and requested they fix it, got another rush job for another 10 dollars and ended up just filing them and painting them myself.

I have going here for 4 years. It is clean and the staff is very pleasant. My gel nails always hold up and the spa pedicure is the best. You can't go wrong here. Best nails in Norwich.

Was my first time getting my nails done at this place. I am new to the area and saw that they had some great ratings. I choose to get a spa manicure. My nails came out fantastic. Very clean job, but when I came to the spa aspects of the experience I should have just took the regular manicure and left. They made everything really awkward. I enjoyed the scrub and paraffin treatment but the 10 min massage was brutal. The guy was WAY WAY WAY to aggressive to the point it was actually hurting me! (on a side note I have a huge pain tolerance.) I have never written a review before but since I woke up this morning in pain from my “massage” I couldn’t resist.

Quickest and worst pedicures every time I give this place a chance. And the lady was rude when I noticed she didnt switch gloves between me and the old man she did before me. She didnt clean the utensils off either just dropped them in solution. Umm pretty sure you should be scrubbing the bits and debris off first. Time for me to find a new place.

Standard prices, outstanding pedicures. I feel like I walk in and walk out on completely different feet each time. Highest praise and appreciation, and 100% recommend.
