I've gone to this salon for my hair, nails, toes and waxing. I will not go anywhere else as I'm ALWAYS pleased with the service is get. Never have I been disappointed. The girls in this salon are not only professional but super sweet and honest. They won't do something to your hair that is not good for it. Jessika will tell me your hair will melt off, or if what I want will be a process not just a one time job. I highly recommend this salon. Great job Image Makers keep up the great job girls 😀

Jennifer Jenkins has been my stylist for 12+ years. I've lived in various towns in Oregon over the years but always drove back to North Bend to have my hair done by Jennifer.

I was given a gift certificate to go get my nails done by Bonnie at Image Makers. I heard good things about her and was really excited to go get my nails done for the first time in six years. When it was all said and done I was greatly disappointed in the work she did on my nails. For one they were quite a bit longer than I requested, she was not able to do a simple silver sparkle ombre nor did she properly allow the acrylic and polish to set before sending me on my way. I was very disappointed in my experience. I requested my money back from the owner and was told that because each stylist and nail tech were independent contractors there was nothing she could do. I didn't feel it was worth the $45 for a poorly thrown together set she applied to my fingers.

I went in to have my hair dyed back to brown from my current blonde. After much online research about it needing to be properly done by a professional and the fear of green hair I went in to have my hair done.
I expressed my concern of blue-green hair and inquired about needing a red filler as per my research. She assured everything would be fine and I came out with purplish blue hair with a mousey brown tinge. Upon going back in to request it be fixed I was met with a major argument. Everyone who worked at the salon swore it was fine by some luck an older lady piped up saying they had done a bad job and threatened to drop her appointment thus causing them to offer a later appointment to fix my ugly hair that was 10 inches shorter when I was promised maybe a 1 inch trim.
Never going to another salon after this experience.
