I'm not sure what led the other customers to have a bad experience this nail salon. I originally went to the salon with a Groupon and had no issue. I have since returned several times. I live in Chambersburg but when I'm in the area I make appointments to go to the salon. She always does a great job, is very friendly, and has reasonable pricing. Also every time I call there is always a special riding.

Used a Groupon as a Mother's Day gift for my mom about 2 years ago. My mom, sister and I have been going back ever since for birthdays or Mother's Day for manis and pedis. We love her service! She is very nice and does a great job. The atmosphere is relaxing and we just love this little hole in the wall.

Terrible experience purchased Groupon , not only that it was hard to make an appointment , she offered me gel nails for extra $17 and she told me it will stay at least 2 weeks or even more . After 2 days it started to chip she did it far from cuticle . Spa Pedicure was really bad ad well she wants you to pay extra for everything that in other salons already included in spa pedicure . She uses used products on your feet that’s super dangerous . You can get fungus . Regret giving her a tip When I contacted her she was very rude and mean . Waste of money . Hate hate hate this place This place needs to be closed down .
