Very cute, cozy nail salon. They offer you tea or water and the owner is very nice. I sent her a picture of the gel mani I wanted and she gave me a quote via google messenger and was very responsive. My nail tech was really attentive to detail and accommodating. They're having 20% off right now, so it's a great deal. I'll def be coming back!

Excellent salon in a beautiful setting. Most of the work is done well. A little dependent on who is servicing you. Sera is terrific and very helpful with color. The manager is kind and helpful. All in all an excellent experience.

Yesterday was my first and last time at this salon. It was extremely disappointing and eye opening to our current social climate. The prices are inconsistent- I was told one price and paid $13 more than the original told price told to me without warning. I had a horrible experience with Chobi. She openly laughed at my feet in front of me. She told me I "should have gotten a pedicure" as she finished. She cut my toe nails uneven and failed to apply a topcoat when she finished. She is also culturally incompetent. She TOUCHED and PULLED my hair WITHOUT asking me and then ASSUMED it was fake. I was then pressured by her and the cashier at the salon to give a 18% tip for a HORRIBLE experience. I would never recommend anyone who values their money, time, and integrity to go to this salon.
