My daughter and I came in yesterday. I was so excited to bring her to the new nail salon by my house, as I have gone there many times and was always very pleased. While I was getting a pedicure with Jimmy, my daughter was trying to find the right color, for her nails and I guess Jason became impatient with her. But, there was nobody else in there, to be waited on, at that time. So, I am not sure why he was being so impatient. She did not take more than 8-10 minutes trying to find the right color. But, by that time he was already mad. Then when she told him that her nails were a bit uneven, he took them off, in a huff, and told her to leave and never come back. I had no idea that he is prone to treating his first time customers, like my daughter, so poorly. Maybe that is the reason he didn't have any business when we walked in. Part of getting a service like this is the experience....walking out feeling better and more calm. We definitely did not get that experience here. That attitude was not acceptable, especially when she didn't do anything wrong. I was going to get my nails done, too. But, he made it so uncomfortable that we just went somewhere else. The other place was very nice and actually took their time to get just what she wanted. Jason, I have been using you since you opened your business but I won't be back, after you treated my daughter so poorly. Also, I saw your reply to her. Do not tell her to watch her mouth. She is free to speak about her experience, just as all of us are. Your true colors are showing and you owe her an apology. I saw that you took my post off of your page. It is very obvious that you only keep the positive posts, on your page which defeats the purpose of an honest review.

I went in to get a full set and showed the guy a picture of what I wanted. He couldn’t get the colors that I wanted right and told me to pick something different out which isn’t what I wanted. I told him I would though, then he went to shape my nails and they came out crooked. I told him they looked crooked and he told me he would take them off and that I need to go somewhere else and that I was never welcome there again.

Never have given a bad review before but this guy was not friendly, he was in a hurry, didn’t do even an ok job!! He needs to retire! My feet are just as rough as the day l walked in there! He hardly trimmed the nails or worked on the cuticles. This by far is the worst pedicure I have ever had! I have had other techs in this shop do a good job but not this time.

overall experience was beyond horrible! RUDE SERVICE... never again will i go there felt like i was held hostage could not leave🤬😡

I gave this place a 2 star for a few reasons..#1 the staff wasn't all that friendly. The guy who done our nails was huffing and puffing the whole time. #2 I showed him a picture of what we wanted and he didn't even do what we wanted. I showed him the picture 5 times and he only looked once, then done what he wanted.. # 3my bestie and I was suppose to have matching nails but instead he did 2 totally different designs. We wanted a feather but ended up with 2, completely different flowers..#4 although the price wasn't too bad I would have much rather got what I asked for for $104.00. I will not be going back I should have went to orange like I wanted to..
