He’s a best DR for me !

Dr. Li is a great doctor. He told me the pros and cons of different treatments allowing me choice in the manner. Other doctors simply wrote me prescriptions and sent me on my way. Dr. Li walked me through everything and helped me feel welcomed. I recommend him to everyone.

Great experience with this doctor, left by previous one because he was very inattentive but I'm very satisfied with Dr. Do! He is intelligent, well spoken, and very knowledgeable in his field. He was very reassuring for me when I went to visit him for the first time, and I will absolutely be returning to him Again for a future doctor appointments. Definitely found a great GP with Dr. Do!

Maybe the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. Here's why: 1) They LOST MY BLOOD. Yep. Dr took about 5 vials of blood from me. It was supposed to be sent to a lab 5 blocks away. I call to get the results from my test, and they tell me to come in to the office. Before I waste a trip, I clarify to make certain that the results are actually in. They put me on hold. Then they say they'll call me back. When they call me, the receptionist informs me that the sample was lost and I have to come get my blood drawn again. No apology. I just have to accept that my blood was stolen and is now floating around NYC (or maybe somewhere else). 2) Dr Li didn't remember that he sent me for a MRI a month ago because of a hand injury. He never asked me how my hand was feeling or what the results were when I came in a second time. You would think that when you're in charge of a person's health you'd want to take notes or something. 3) The dr. tried to give me a drug test without my consent. The blood sample was for a job which did not require a drug test, yet for some reason he thinks its in his doctorial authority to serve as my parole officer or something. This was not the only instance of his arrogance. 4) The nurse that took my blood pressure and temperature was sick. Coughing and breathing heavy out of her mouth while I was in a small, enclosed room with her. I suppose one way to keep your clientele as a dr is to keep your patients sick. 5) I dealt with 2 different nurses there on 2 separate occasions, and they do not communicate with you. They take your bp, take your temperature, and manipulate your body all without saying a word to you. Never asked how I'm doing. Not even, 'Ok, I'm taking your blood pressure now;' or, 'I'm putting this weird blue light on your head because I have to take your temperature.' 6) The waiting room has no windows and has an unpleasant odor. I could go on, but you get the drift. Find a doctor that actually cares.
