Had a 4 pm appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. Was told to take a seat and I would be next.
Waited 10 minutes, and a Korean lady walked in, sat down and was immediately waited on.
I will never return.
Terrible service. I will make sure my friends hear about this poor service

My nails always turn out great here- I really like their attention to detail, especially on SNS nails. Friendly and clean salon too!

The nail job was quick and mediocre.
I was told they were dry and went to pay.
When I paid, I didn't have cash to tip so I put it on my card. I left a 25% tip ($10 on $38). I was then told that next time I should tip in cash...
Um, excuse me? A thank you would have been nice. I don't think that is appropriate. Take the tip, say thank you, and pay an income tax on it like the rest of us making a salary do. That is why I left a little extra.
Also, once I left, it was apparent my nails were not dry so I returned the have them fixed.
I won't be back, not the best service.
