Took my young daughter here to have her first nail salon experience. The lady skipped the majority of the manicure things (soaking hands, rubbing arms, cleaning cuticles, clipping nails) and just painted them. Then she spilled nail polish all over my daughter, blamed her for it, and scrubbed acetone into her clothes to remove the polish and ended up scrubbing so hard it hurt my daughter. Then got angry at us, again blamed my child, and when we tried to just leave they yelled that we had to pay full price. Never going here again, and my daughter is now hugely uncomfortable in nail salons. Thanks for the horrible experience

Going here was an amazing experience! Everyone there was so sweet and courteous. I definitely recommend their deluxe pedicure because it's so relaxing you could melt. They also have massage chairs that you can use while they're doing your pedicure. I also got acrylics while I was here (color 953 I believe) and the man did such an amazing job! Even with my crooked little pinky which is always a problem. This was definitely worth every penny plus a good tip. I don't think I'll go anywhere else from now on. P.S. the nails below are after a week of grow out lol

DO NOT go to this establishment. My 16 year old daughter went in yesterday to try eyelash extensions. They showed her the options and she didn’t want to spend a lot of money because she didn’t know if she would like them. The girl kept pushing her to do the expensive lashes but she said no. The girl glued the eyelashes directly onto her skin which is not supposed to be done. She told the girl something doesn’t feel right it feels like razor blades are cutting my eyes can you please take them off. The girl refused and said that’s what she gets for buying the cheap lashes. She was crying uncontrollably because of the pain and her eyes were swelling and they still refused to take them off. She paid in cash and they refused to give her a receipt. They claimed they don’t issue receipts for cash payments. Being 16 my daughter didn’t know what to do so she paid and went to her car thinking she just needed to get used to them. Her eyes continued to swell and she couldn’t stop crying. She called another eyelash place and told them what happened and they told her to come in immediately. They took pictures of her injuries and told her that they should absolutely never glue them directly to your skin. It took several products and over an hour to remove the eyelashes. They gave her the number for licensing to report this place. She tried to call this establishment back when she was done to talk to them again and again they told her that’s what she gets for picking the cheap eyelashes. She said the girl could keep her tip but she wanted the rest of her money back and they refused. They told her she could just come in and have another service done. Why one earth would she want to go back to someplace who just sent her away with injuries? I will be contacting the state licensing board and turning them in as well as consulting an attorney about her injuries.

Go see Sarah at N&D Nails in Willis, Texas, she is the best. She is very friendly and sweet. She is kind to my daughter every time we come in.
