Two stars ONLY because the customer service was actually good. It took almost three hours to do one manicure and two pedicures for my son and I (two techs). We were the only ones there. I could not stay any longer because I had somewhere to be. She did attempt to fix it but this was the outcome.
She took a portion of the amount off but I still paid $129 for services....no tip because I was not satisfied 🥴.

I came to town for my daughter's 16th birthday.
Today was her day.
Her mother isn't always able to do the things I'm able to do so she was excited!
She wanted her nails done.
So I brought her and my other half here.
I literally went and bought a car and came back.
3 hours later and after a dozen attempts, the nail tech still couldn't get it right.
Color.. drill.... Take it off... Color.... Drill... Take it off.
For 3 hours...
And she just wanted pink tips.
With the little shiny things.
Finally my daughter in tears...
Just wanted to get out of here!
I asked the lady how much longer..
She tells me only 15 more minutes.
My daughter with tears in her eyes..I told her just get up. Let's go.
The lady apologized... Again...
Then charged me $90
(She got her toes done also)
So here's a real picture of their work...
After literally 3 hours.
I'm headed to get them fixed now.
My daughter will spend 4 hours on her 16th birthday on her nails.
Most of that time crying from embarrassment.

They do a real Great Job. They really cleaned my nails. BEST pedicure I had compared to other places

Family owned and operated and always friendly to their customers. I’ve been going to this location for many years and have never had a bad experience. The deluxe pedicure is wonderful and I highly recommend it, it’s just a relaxing experience. You can call for an appointment or they do walk-ins, but get pretty busy at times, you may be waiting a while without an appointment.

I visited this salon two days ago. The pedicure is way below average. The filing was very bad and there was no massage on my feet nor legs and no lotion applied. For the manicure the polish was old and when applied it was thick. I had to make comments to fix this spot or that spot. When I went to dry my nails, after sitting there about 10 minutes the woman boss tells the guy who did my nails something in their language. He came over and sprayed that quick dry spray on and he said "You can go. Just be very careful." I have never been rushed out of a salon dryer. Since my vehicle is keyless, I didn't have to reach for my keys but even so a few minutes later the polish was smudged on some nails. The next day, the polish started peeling off. I had to remove all of it to avoid looking ridiculous. The red flag was that there were no other clients there when I arrived.
$42 down the drain.
