Every time I have came to Sally’s they have given me wrong advice and messed up my hair on many occasions with what they suggested to me. The can be kind people but they don’t know what they are talking about.
1) I asked for a product like color oops that would take the dyes out of my hair. I was given a box and as I looked it didn’t say much. I came home to try it and it was full on bleach! I told them specifically I didn’t want bleach.
2) A year later and I am ready to ombré. I get there and ask for their sugggestions on bleach and developer as I had dark hair. I was given a bleach (forgot the name) and was told that it’s been the best for dark hair and has lightened so many shades on people! That sounded great! I got home tried it and I had hardly ANY lift to my hair and it just turned my hair orangeisn red. Luckily I had a toner on hand that helped turn my hair into a light brown color.
3) The most recent. I went in to get red hair dye. This time determined to not ask for their opinions or advice. I found the color I liked but as I was looking on the box I was not sure if it needed developer. I asked an employee and she said no it doesn’t! That’s great, I don’t have to spend money on getting developer. I get home and I am excited to start and got two tubes in my bowl and started dying. I looked at the inside of the box to find out how long it is recommended it stay in. GUESS WHAT! it needed developer :) so I wasted two tubes.

Every time I go into Sally's I am greeted and helped politely and quickly. They help when I have questions and give me suggestions when I'm not sure what I need for a particular issue. Love shopping here!

Sally's does carry probably anything you would need that has to do with hair or nails. I just wish the associates were more knowledgeable of the products.

I can't remember the name of the young lady that helped me but she was very understanding and attentive to my needs. Although they were out of what I needed, she made sure I left with a replacement.
