Now I can’t speak for any of the other services that they offer, I can only speak for the service that I received which was a full set of acrylic nails and to say the least my experience was awful....I will not be returning!
I did not get what I asked for, in addition having to return to the shop for a second time the following day. I walked in with no cuts and scratches and walked out with 4. The first time I went the lady that did my nails laid my acrylic terribly. I had liquid all over my fingers that had to be removed then with acetone. I asked for my nails to be squared and sharp. Only one nail had the shape I asked for. It’s pretty uncomfortable and tiring having to ask over and over again to have every nail shaped the way you requested. She was pretty aggressive with filing and buffing my nails and actually gave me 3 cuts one that broke the skin and I began to bleed. I expressed my disappointment with the receptionist who was super friendly and asked that I return the next day to get everything fixed to my liking and ensured me that the best nail techs would fix everything. Today I went back and had one of the technicians the receptionist suggested get everything fixed. As she looked at my nails she saw that my acrylic was laid unevenly and removed all of my nails for a fresh set. I showed her the cuts I had from the day before and she asked what look I was going for, I expressed that I wanted my nails to look natural squared and sharp. This time around she didn’t care to ask me the length I wanted and just cut my nail and asked if the length was ok. Not wanting to come off picky and have her have to replace a Nail tip I said the length was ok, she proceeded. While filing she was super aggressive and cut into the left side of my pinky breaking the skin and once again a bled. Now I was just over everything at this point I should have left. After expressing how much my nail hurt she continued to file and press my finger hurting it more. When she laid my acrylics she laid it neater that yesterday’s tech but so thick. When I expressed my concern with how thick the nail was she cut me off and said she still needed to file. I know different techs have different styles of performing a service so I gave her a chance. But I do know the neater acrylic is laid the less clean up and filing will need to be done. Because everything was so thick she aggressively filed and buffed somehow focusing on my pinky nail that was hurting and she made bleed! Over all, I am truly dissatisfied, did not get the look I requested and even at a discount I still feel like money went down the drain. If you’re looking to have a full set of acrylics done save your time and money and visit another salon!

I came to visit family in VA from Pennsylvania and needed my nails done SO BADLY! and went here and they are nothing short of amazing I love my nails. everyone is super friendly as well

I love this nail salon, The manager is really nice and cares about your needs, I went and got my nails done with Max and he did a awesome job on them, He took the time to ask me questions while doing my nails to make sure it was what i wanted and i really like that. Not only did Max do a awesome job the staff there are very kind and sweet. The place is very nice looking and clean. I have finally found my nail salon. If you are looking for a great place to get your nails done this is the place. Very happy.
