By far the best experience I’ve ever had a nail place! Vivian did my nails and she was so sweet and kind. I was in a big hurry and I chose a difficult nail shape, I wasn’t happy with them and she offered for me to come the next day and not to charge me! Now I’m not that kind of person, if I get a service I’m paying. She was stumped on this shape and called the manager over, the manager was sooooo sweet and shaped them EXACTLY how I wanted! I was so happy! They completely catered to me and what I wanted! Amazing customer service. I’ve found my new forever nail place!

I give 2 stars because my shelac finger nails are great, but during my pedicure the man ripped skin from my middle toe and the rest of my pedicure caused me pain. Plus the polis is not very professional, Ive painted them better and cleaner.

My husband and I went here for the first time 2 weeks ago. We will not be returning!! The two ladies that did our pedicures were rude and hardly spoke to us. I told them I wanted a the orange pedicure and they said no you should try this other one that was 30 dollars additional....I said no, I really only like basic pedicures. She asked me two more timestto try the more expensive pedicures and i refused two more times. My opinion about this is that it's high pressure sales. My Husband, on the other hand likes all the fufu stuff so we paid 70 dollars for his pedicure which shouldn't have cost more than 50 dollars. The lady that did my manicure rubbed something on my arms that burned and broke me out in hives. I asked her to wash it off right away and she did wipe it off with a hot wet towel but it was still burning my arms. She didn't seem to care about anything except trying to upsell their very overpriced services and it left a terrible impression of our experience at Nails of America.

My first experience was great with my shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. Second experience not so good getting my shellac redone. It was rushed and I had to reshape my nails in the car. It didn't last nearly as long as the first time. Maybe a week. I get they were busy but please don't rush nails whatever someone is getting. You'll just lose customers.

Love Nails of America. Hi does my nails BEAUTIFULLY. HE'S AMAZING. My husband has his manicure and pedicures as well. I get my eyelashes done. Love them
