Had a 30 minute wait with no appointment. 3 employees working on about 12 customers simultaneously. Knew how to work it smoothly, as I was seated in 20, and took just under half hour till I was out the door. Very professional team. Very satisfied.

I've been to this place multiple times over the past few years, as their dip powder manicures are the best price in the area. I always ask them to do three coats of dip because once they only did 2 and it did not last.
The place isn't the cleanest, and it's not a luxurious spa, but for the price I've been happy.
Recently though, they've started charging for every little thing. Once I asked for 3 colors (dip), and they charged me extra because it was more than two. Most recently, they charged me because I got a "coffin" shape...which I do not understand. My nails were already coffin shaped!! Why charge extra for a certain type of nail shape, particularly if they're already that shape?! (they even did it the time before without charging extra). Of course, they don't tell you they're going to charge you more until the end.
If you go here, make sure you always ask "How much?" for every little thing, including nail shape. I don't know that I'll return here... I don't like what seems like dishonesty about pricing.

This is the place to get beautiful, trendy, classy nails done. The gentleman who works here is the only person who has never hurt me and he is very skilled and creative. My go to when I want my nails done right with no pain!!!

I only go here for eyebrows but needed my toes done in a hurry...had to wait not acknowledge when entered. They make customers just stand around and wait until they want to acknowledge very unprofessional and disrespectful. I'll still come for eyebrows until I find another alternative but definitely not for anything else.
