They are not welcoming or inviting...walked in nobody said hi, or hello what services would like. I sat there literally almost 30 mins and just walked out. Front area is super small..and it was only 3 ppl waiting

The woman watched the tv the entire time that I was getting my toes done. Twice picking up the wrong color before I had to stop her. Awful service!!!!

This place is not sanitary. They did not sterilize their tools in between customers. They cleaned the pedicure bowl with windex which is not antibacterial. They did not wash their hands between customers. The lady finished dealing with a customers feet and came directly to me to try and paint my nails. I had to ask her 3 times to wash her hands. The gel polish was removed from my nails completely before re-polishing. If I wasn't in from out of town, I would have walked out and gone elsewhere. Customers beware!

My girlfriend came here to get a mani/pedi while we visited Charlotte. The staff here was amazing.. very friendly and attentive. Spent a good amount of time making sure her nails were perfect! Offered her a glass of wine as well. 100% reccommend Queen City Nails. FYI we went to Catchet nextra door and we're overlooked. Not worth the time.
