This place went under new management and it has not been the same. Prices increased and service has gone down. Several technicians from another local nail salon came to this one and it seems that they brought bad habits with them. I would regularly take my daughters with me and every time something was wrong. They just “expect” you to accept the work that they do. They don’t really listen to what you want. They are always rushed and never take time to do the job appropriately. Gel nail polish should NOT peel off within a week of having it put on, but when I go to this establishment it does. They deny that they are at fault for anything and just like another patron commented, they do not thoroughly clean their equipment. Splashing some rubbing alcohol on cuticle nippers DOES NOT actually clean them. They need a class in customer service and cleanliness. I will take my buisness elsewhere.... I don’t care how convienient their location is.

Thai is the best technican I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Gentle conversation makes time fly by. I highly recommend both Thai and this business.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Michael is the best. The staff are friendly and the service is great.
