Anytime I go here, I am never satisfied, but I had a gift certificate so I decided to give them one last try. I got there and I was the only person in the seating area - a few nail techs were at their stations watching their phones and iPads. I waited for 30 minutes before they finally sat me in a chair - another lady had come in 10 minutes after me, without an appointment, and was taken right away. They sat me at the guy’s station and I showed him what I wanted: a clear/pink color with a glittery tip and a small white line drawn directly under the glittery tip. I had nail polish on prior so I took it off but there was still a little in the corners that I figured he’d get; he didn’t so i had a light shade with a dark shade on the corners of my nails. He tried to do the white lines for 30 minutes! He’d start in the corner then instead of going to the other corner, he’d curve his hand and ended the line in the bottom corner of the other side - not at all like I asked for. After the attempts, I told him to forget the white line and just do the tips. I liked how my nails looked but I had to leave because I’d been there since 11:15 and my kids were getting out of school - it was now 2:00! Within two days my nails were coming up on the corners - I watched him add liquid to the nail color instead of getting a new bottle! Their sign says the nails last for 2 weeks - today is a week since I got them done and they all came off last night because they were popping off and chipping. I will never go back again!

I had a great experience here today, truly great service. Everyone was friendly and the environment was welcoming unlike some other salons i’ve been to! Tina did an exceptional job with my nails and the attention to detail astounded me! When I come back I’ll definitely ask for her. I will never go to another nail salon except Persimmons again!

Was hoping to find a new local place. Unfortunately I was fairly disappointed. Went in for a gel mani, when I asked for the price difference between gel and dip she asked how much I paid elsewhere in a sneaky way. Um, that shouldn’t matter...I’m asking what you charge for this service. She gave me two different prices. $35 or $38 for color. I mean isn’t dip getting a color regardless if it’s clear powder or a color Powder. I asked her to cut my cuticles and she went into some explanation of why they don’t cut cuticles with dip. Every place I have gotten dip done at cuts cuticles, the dead skin, why would that be left? Lastly, at the end she began to clean up and give me my ticket. I asked, you don’t do massages? Her response of, No was as if I was crazy and asking far too much. Again, every place I have been too includes a massage especially at nearly $40. I will not be going back. I gave them 2 stars vs 1 because they did have a lot of dip color choices.

This place was awful. I walked in and asked for a full set and pedi. My pedi was fine and done right. As for my full set, I said “acrylic” I don’t know how many times and as he started I noticed this isn’t how they usually do nails. So I asked again, and he said yes he was doing acrylic. At the end he did gel, no nail was added , just gel. And then he’s arguing with me that it’s not gel. So I pointed to the woman’s next to me and said THAT was acrylic and he’s still arguing with me!!! Worst place ever.

Tina and Moon are Irreplaceable. Tina does my nails her shaping is A1. Moon is AMAZING she does my pedicure. She is my favorite person! Her spirit is pure and beautiful. No one else can touch my feet. My gel pedi lasts THREE WEEKS !!! Go see moon if you don’t do anything else in 2019. She will not let you down
