Every time I call to get an appointment they never have anything available. Lynn the manager has a very nasty attitude. She doesn’t know how to talk to people. I was in there after 8pm and there was 2 mice playing around the floor. I will not give them not 1 penny for bad business.

Horrible customer service I came in to this establishment to get my toes done have an 1year baby I was going to hold while getting my feet done they told me that I cannot get my feet done in less I had a babysitter. Which is unsettling and upsetting Ive taken my child with me to other solans and had no problem with her being in my arms. Came to this salon because it close to my husband job and I will never return. Horrible service.

I have visited this Fantasy Nail location infrequently over the years to get my nails done. Recently i visited her at 7pm on January 11 to get gel nails done on my fingernails, a Pedicure, eyebrows and face done. I spent over $70 in total for everything. My nails looked great. I left the next morning overseas and in less than ONE week 3 of my nails chipped. When I returned I walked in with my receipts to get the 3 nails redone. I gave the girl Tracey my receipt then she told me to talk to Peter. I waited until he finished with his clients gel nails about 10 mins for him to tell me it has been two weeks, which it was NOT and told me I had to pay to get my 3 nails fixed. Peter created a scene, yelled at me and then said he had to go to lunch and walked out of the store. He and Tracey refused to call the manager and claimed they didn't have her number, she wouldn't answer her phone, etc etc. They told me to come back tomorrow, which I could NOT. They didn't even give the hours the owner would be here. BEWARE of this place POOR management and they do DO NOT stand by their work! Try Tony at Sky Nails near Shoppers on New Hampshire Ave. I hear he stands by his work and better customer service. Peter was rude and very condescending!!! I waited for ONE hour and asked several employees and they ignored me. POOR customer service! Thanks to the lady who saw everything and how he treated me, she told me Kathy was the owner and was there earlier but left.
