They definitely have new owners, but I was content with the service. It was timely and adequate. There's room for improvement, but I would give them another try. I would give 3.5 stars but the solid 4 is because I went for a basic manicure and pedicure and the polish on my nails hasn't chipped or faded!

Honestly,I liked better the previous team: Miki and Toni - they were true professionals - worked at Harmony till the Fall of 2017. The Gentle Nails is not visualized at the front door - still the Harmony sign is on.The new ones:Jess who smiles a lot( doesn't understand well English) and the guy is pretty brutal sometimes. Last time I asked for a no chip manicure- medium orchid pink shade, that over night has discolored to light beige. I knew the reason: improper and cheep quality polish that wasn't designed for UV treatment. I have returned and complained, but surprisingly Jess was laughing instead of any apology....She has dared to ask : You don't like it?! Finally, I have returned after 10 days- asked to be removed the discolored polish coating and made it clear that it was the worst manicure I have ever received. She was laughing again ...that's why I concluded that she doesn't understand English... I was charged $10 for this.Also, I was supposed to point out that a vitamin nail treatment and protective coating would be proper, as she wouldn't put anything on after the acetone treatment...Never back there, I was completely disappointed.

The service is great i love Jess and Tim the owner i am treated like a gueen.

Really like this place. My wife and I go get pedis and the people that work there are really nice. Never had any issues. A+ in my book.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The customer service is excellent, the place is very clean and the ambience is beautiful. I will admit that they do need more help but besides that I'm very satisfied with the service.
