i came here on a Tuesday, everything was good until i walked into the dump yard salon called “Ava’s nails and spa” upon my arrival i saw roaches everywhere i didn’t think anything of it because i thought it would be a clean place, but i was wrong. As i was getting my nails done two things happened to me, a roach was spotted upon my nails and a rat fell from the ceiling. Needless to say i don’t recommend going here. thank you.

BEWARE BEEARE BEWARE Worse service ever. Went to go get my nails done and the guy doing my nails did not know what he was doing. I asked if he had a tech license. I didn't see it anywhere. I guess it pissed them off because the owner Pam called two homely looking girls up to the shop to try and intimidate me. I had to Lol. The girl even left her baby in the car unattended. For 20min. I will never recommend going there. Choose another place. The better business bureau should look into their business practices. And check on the employees to see if they are licensed. It should be somewhere noticeable. But I noticed 3 tech certs but 5 tech's. I will give them 1 STAR I do like the lady who was doing my nails.

Been there for prom, all my Quinceanera events or just because and have always gotten them done by Henry. He’s my favorite, very funny, makes the time go by and I have never had a problem with my nails, they always come out on point!

I love everytime i go there!!! My dude Henry, my nails and toes guy, is excellent at what he does! I'm always satisfied with my nails and feet. The owner Pam is a great person as well, always smiling and makes me feel welcome!! But all around everyone greets and asks how I'm feeling and if I'm having a nice day! So pleased with this company!!!

I use to enjoy coming here because they were the one place that did an excellent job at doing pedicures and eye brow waxing in Manassas. After the last few visits though it's been one terrible job and service after another. The people they have now are not the greatest but not worth paying for either. I've made appointments where I still have to wait up to an hour just get service and they don't inform you that they are short staffed or have other people before you. It's not run properly or efficiently. Sadly, I'll be taking my business else where.
