Worst experience at a nail salon. Owner must have gotten out of bed on the wrong side. He got upset because I wanted to have toes & nail colors match. Had a nail gel fill and after he filed down, didn’t get my hands washed to remove dust before he applied nail gel. Showed him how much I wanted nails cut and he cut almost to the top of my fingers. Gel was very thick. Charged me $100. I promptly went to get nails redone. Nail tech there amazed at the bad job

They only want to do whatever they want to do. I told them I wanted my nails short, so they kept trying to convince me to get long fake nails as I repeatedly told them no. They then told me how ugly my short nails will be. RUDE. Then I said I wanted rounded nails, they said they will do square nails because my nails are too short to round them... you could see the tip of my nails from behind my fingers so they weren't too short. I told them I did not want a nail cut down and that I don't care if one nail is longer than the others because I am trying to grow them. Then I asked for the ombre dipped nails and they said they wouldnt because my nails were too short and it would look ugly. Again. Rude. So for the dip nails (they didnt have a lot of colors to choose from) they used acrylic liquid and the dip powder and my nails have chipped on multiple fingers not even 24 hours after I got them done. They charged me $45. Never going back.

Honestly the worst pedicure and full set I've ever gotten in years. Decided to go here on mothers day after reading all the positive reviews, never again! Very upset that I spent a dime on what I got done. My pedicure looked like a 2year old painted my nails and my full set looked so bad that I repainted/refiled them myself because the thickness and shape were uneven. Not to mention the person who did my nails cut up my cuticles really bad. Felt like everything was rushed and with that it all came out sloppy. The staff was nice but their work is horrible. Extremely unsatisfied and won't be returning.

Avoid this place. They don't have the artistry and skills (or maybe they don't care) to complete a good job. I came in wanting a mani pedi and gel for my hands but he told me about this dip powder. He put it on wayyyyy too thick and I had to intstruck him multiple times to thin it out and add more powder to area she had completely missed where the nail was exposed. I knew it was downhill from there. I then went to the pedicure bowl where he did my pedicure with very old looking pumice stones etc that were not removed from a satizer bag (praying I don't get a fungal). He never spoke which was fine BUT he did not understand my instruction when I told him I did not like my toe nail color and kept painting them. While I was in the pedicure chair the gentlemen working on my hands came with a hand file to file my horidly thick nails. He was too busy talking and not caring 3x he filed so much that my nail was past the skin (like a person who bites their nails). One he filed so much my skin BLED, and what didn't bleed is BRIGHT RED this morning as I type this. My finger tips hurt so bad! He never soaked my nails before (idk if they know what a manicure is) to remove my cuticles. You can tell he was rushing to get it done. Forget the bad work I wouldn't recommend this place for SAFETY and SANITARY reasons. Please choose another nail salon!!
