Had an appointment at 10 Am, at 10:35Am i was still waiting because the doctor was still with a patient. I had to leave because i told my job i couldn't come until 11Am when i usually start at 9 AM. So i basically wasted my time and money and I would have to reschedule for another appointment. That is lack of professionalism and very disrespectful.

I have been coming to Dr Snow for over 15 years. I know that I will get quality glasses at an affordable rate.
