Came in on my lunch break to have my nails removed.asked that he not cut my real nails.explained I am going backnti work.asked if he could please remove nail polish and file.he didn't&cut my real nails.even left acrylic on one.they look awful.will not be here Friday to get a new set put on&just wasted $10. I could have done this myself

This is some bull!!!! My fiance took me here to get my nails done for Christmas Eve as one of my gifts for Christmas and I felt very rushed when I was getting a full set done. Then the guy didn't want to take the fuzz out of my thumb because it was stuck inside like no mf I didn't just pay $58 to have my nails jacked up. First off my nails were suppose to be white tipped painted and they were not. This place sucks hairy balls!

Li is the best nail tech in town. Have gone to him for years. His work is very perfect with comfort & a gentle touch!

I came here for a quick gel manicure, which I have had done perfectly in little nail salons before, and received the WORST manicure of my life. The color was uneven, the polish was visibly thicker in some spots and so thin in others that I could see through it. He didn't even bring the color to the edge of the nail! I left, thinking I would just never go back there, but while walking to my car I started examining my nails again, and in the sunlight it was even worse looking. I went back in and explained why I was unhappy and asked for a refund so that I could go to another salon to have them redone and they refused. They told me they would take them off and re-do them but I wasn't going to waste any more time in there.

The man squirted nail glue on my hands and clothes while he was attempting to apply it directly to my fingers causing a whole other mess.
He used the drill to cut down my cuticles and cause one to bleed.
My nails are uneven and not completely painted.
I have spots where there is visibly no acrylic and spots where the paint is visibly see thru.
To top it all off while I was drying a cockroach ran passed myself and two other women's feet. This place is really a mess.
