I have been a very happy client of Nails by Michelle for 5 years now. Michelle is very caring and thoughtful - and does a great job on nails! I would also like to recommend Nancy, Michelle's sister, who does my nails. The quality of work is very high and keeps me returning!

Cutest little gem in downtown Palo Alto. Michelle and her staff were so patient (as I took forever to pick a color). They got to know me without being too nosey. I left feeling pampered and like I met some new friends. Picture posted is a week old and nail still pretty as when I left!

I've been getting my nails done at Nails By Michelle for the past few months and have loved the results! I only recently started wearing acrylics, and Michelle and Nancy do such a great job. My nails turn out beautiful every time.

Coming here I felt immediately welcome by the owner. She gave me a life lesson into philosophy, religion and psychology. We had a really fun chat and my short nails just looked fabulous when we were done.
