I will never go back to this nail salon again. I went for a dip gel manicure and it came out horrendous. I am not one to complain so I left. I went back the next day to explain the situation and the staff blamed ME for why my nails looked the way they did. I asked for my money back and they did not think that was appropriate. They have lost my business and my families. Respect goes a long way in my book and that is something they lack. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

My girl took me here for a pedicure, and the staff was very organized and pleasent to deal with. She chose a color, and Im not sure if all nail specialty places have walls full of options to choose from, but this place does. Note:. If you tip, they only can accept tips in cash. Would have given 5 stars if not for this inconvenience.

I’m disappointed that they don’t have a person to do a full set in the morning hours. I end up having a gel manicure but the next day my nails were peeling off. Overall customer service and the lady who did my nails were professional and friendly.

I want this place to be better, but it falls short every time. I made an appointment and my pedi started 25 minutes afterward. They were short staff on a Saturday, which led to many walk in customers getting turned away. It’s too bad. My pedi and mani were done well, but nothing about the experience was great or fantastic. They do at least use sterilized and individualized equipment. If they could get more help in the establishment, it would likely go a lot smoother and be a cleaner, friendlier place to go!

Always a different experience with this place. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Last few times they’ve rushed on my manicures. Woman was really rude the last time I went. Was pulling my hand around and then yelled at me for moving too much as I was talking to my friend. Then would audibly sigh and start talking to her coworker in a different language from English. I didn’t like the vibe at all, and my last manicure was so bad that I felt the need to leave a review.
