Four visits. Hope gave me the best haircut ever the first time although she was late getting there. Second visit, good eyebrow wax, but she was late getting there. Third time, Hope gave me one of my worst ever haircuts, was late getting there and was focused on a personal issue. I called her after some time passed and wanted to give her another chance because I do believe she can do a good job cutting hair when she is not distracted. Came back for the 4th time. She was 15 minutes late and during the wait, someone else came in who was supposed to have met with her for a couple minutes before my appointment. Other stylists said she was running late and I made the comment she had never been on time for my appointments and that would be the last time. I was not mad or upset - I know she runs late and plan accordingly. My thoughts were to just make the appointments for later in the day. However, I guess one of the other stylists took it that I was angry and told her probably by text. She comes in and tells me that it is okay to just cancel my appointment since she was late. I kind of raised my eyebrows and she reiterated that she didn't want to cut my hair while I was angry and we were cancelling. I was NOT angry until she cancelled my appointment on me without ASKING me or apologizing. She told me it was cancelled. She just ASSUMED I was mad. After sitting there for 15 minutes and her cancelling when my husband had dropped me off so I was stranded - THEN I was mad. I have never seen such lack of professionalism or courtesy. She CAN cut hair really well when she pays attention. Brow waxes are good - not a single miss on those. But she does not cut hair well enough to make up for her lack of time management skills or focus. Ironically, the one I figure that texted (the only one sitting on her derriere the whole time I was there) her to say I was mad - I would have been fine with her cutting my hair. Instead she chose to send an inaccurate picture to Hope.

Every visit at this salon has been a good one. They have the most friendly and talented group of ladies in town.
