Not sure about the negative reviews..my experience was positive. Traded up from a cheap guitar to a better one. The gentleman was extremely helpful to me.

Nice place with great quality instruments. Friendly service, ideal for beginners to those who are advanced. I’m a beginner and they help me attune my guitar, will come here again👌

Great service. All 3 workers are helpful. Always come here to change my strings. Very kind and polite. Better prices than online. I would High recommend this store for your needs.
