They had no working hot water, they used the hot tap from the electric water cooler to get hot water. Ended up soaking feet in lukewarm water. They spent hardly any time on my feet and they felt no different then when I walked in, other than my toenails were shorter.

I asked for coffin nails and ended up with the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. I can’t believe I actually paid for these. Absolutely horrible.
