Well that was rude.. don't call and ask questions if you have never been here before.. the lady who answered the phone sounded disgusted that I didn't know it was a "by appointment only" salon.. even if it was late one can still be polite and have nice customer service...little did they know I was going to spend $$$$$$

Michelle is awesome at color and she never cuts too much hair off....!!! Affordable and great customer service.
