I went in this past weekend to ask if they could do ombré designs. The owner or whoever she was, responded rudely and acted as if I was bothering her and gave me a sarcastic response. “Not really” is what she said.. if I was anything like my mother I probably would have put her in her place while she was at work. But I just walked out. Get out of the business if you don’t know how to talk to your customers..

Unhappy with how far off the cuticle the nail polish was placed. When I went in to see if they could fix it they were very rude and told me it was my fault. Remind you that it was a 1/4 of an inch off the cuticle after only 15 hours.
