Today was my first experience here, the atmosphere is very nice and it was very clean. After finding this salon on google and seeing the amazing rating, I made an appointment and Angela was the one to do my nails. My nails were quite thin and short so I explained how I had recently removed a previous set. I asked for square nails and showed a picture of a similar shape and color I wanted. I was surprised when I was finished at how crooked and thick my nails were. The color was not even fully on the nail and I was so surprised because she seemed to have filed quite a lot. (which at times was very painful) I was also covered in product and it was caked under my nails. My nails were all different lengths! I ended up fixing them on my own at home and redoing them completely. Very unhappy with the way my nails turned out after paying $50!

Best Deluxe Pedicure I’ve ever had!! I highly recommend booking your next nail appointment here at The Nail Room!! Just moved to the Carrollwood area so I’ve been looking for my new got-to nail salon and this place is it!!

A years ago I gave this place a try because of their beautiful and very clean salon and have been a regular client ever since. They are always on time and professional. The owner Angela is personable, warm and genuinely cares for every client’s satisfaction. I feel at home and cared for every time I visit the nail room.

This was my 1st time coming here. I've been having terrible experiences at several other locations. Ada did my walk in pedicure. She was amazing. The ambiance of this store is gorgeous. Very chic, very LA. I will be back!!!!
