Less than a month ago, I took my 12 year old daughter and niece to get pedi's and they charged me $15 for each of them. Today, my mom took my daughter and they charged her $25 for the exact same thing. I called to speak with the manager but the manager wasn't in. The lady who answered argued with me that last month my daughter was 11 but this month she is 12. Lol really? I said No, my daughter was 12 a month ago too, that's why I called first to see if a kids pedi was 11 and under or 12 and under and they said 12 AND UNDER. It's only a $10 difference but I don't like when businesses try to cheat me and wait until time to pay to mention a price increase when my mom told them 4 different times that my daughter was getting the "$15 kids pedicure" we'll never go back!

Lan and her staff are super sweet and does excellent work, but my sweetie is Flowers as my nail tech😍. Best part of this spot, just outside my neighborhood and they always remember my name with my special occasions visits, lol!

Salon I usually go to closes at 7 and I desperately needed to do my nails. I decided to give Lan nails & spa a try. They close at 8 pm. They were very friendly! Check👌That was a good start. Started my service immediately- check 👌again. I had to turn the flashlight on my phone to see the color choices ... lights are too dim. 👎I always have dipping powder done. The samples looked really lumpy. 👎(I should had ran then but I was already getting pedi). . I was in there for 2.5 hours Anyway pedi came out ok.👌 FYI do NOT get dip powder nails done here! 👎👎👎I spent $100 here & the next day my nails hurt & On the 2nd day my nails looked horrible. (I’ll try uploading pic) I don’t know what product they used but it was chipping & my nails were breaking. By the 5th day I went to my regular tech & had my nails redone. I will never return to Lan. I don’t like to give negative reviews but I don’t want anyone to experience what I experienced. Friendly yes very much so. Pedi ok. Service took tooooo long & Flower doesn’t know how to do dip powder 🙁👎👎👎😢😢😢

Lan is the best! Any design I want on my nails, she makes happen. Very clean. I will not go anywhere else in Apopka. Ann does a lovely job as well. These ladies have a steady hand and good quality work. The ladies care. Definitely recommend!!
