Came here to enjoy getting my nails done with my best friend, and had a terrible experience. To start, the lady began cutting off my fake nails and sawing under them with a fake nail, which made me pull my hand back it hurt so bad, felt like someone was ripping my real nail off. Then she soaked the rest of the fake nails because I could not bear it, and spent so long taking them off after with the rotating tool that my fingers began to burn. Then she grabbed my thumb and twisted it towards her so violently that I was worried it had been hurt. She ripped my rings off, and began giving me a shoddy manicure, which I did not even ask for. She finished, and started rubbing my hands with lotion when the other technician said something to her about a manicure, in which she then insisted that I did ask for one, then didn’t even rub in the lotion on the other hand and angrily told me to wash my hands. She kept mumbling the word “manicure,” as to make me feel bad that she gave me one even though I didn’t ask for one and told me next time I have to tell her, even though I had no clue that what she was doing was a manicure because she did not say so. She was rude about it, and rough with everything she did. Definitely will not be returning

Very great salon! The only reason for 4 stars is because they don’t use fresh supplies per person for a pedicure 😷 they do great nails but have a low color selection as well. Will be returning due to great prices & great results!

NOT happy with this salon. First and last time coming here. I came in with a friend for pedicures and from the start things were off. They had a few people working and they didn’t really communicate with us where to sit. We found our way to the pedicure chairs where one was filled and the one next to it was empty. For a while one lady worked on my friend and I just sat there which wasn’t our intent- we wanted to both be worked on at the same time. The interior of the building could’ve used some cleaning and there were flies buzzing around in the window. The worst part of this experience was they used the same SPONGE BRUSH ON BOTH OF US! They used it on my friends feet and then on MINE! We were just sitting there in shock and I’m still not over that. It makes you question the cleanliness of everything else. I will take my business somewhere that follows proper protocol for pedicure services.

If you need your service done by a certain time ,come early. Besides that and not having any beverages for sale this place was well worth the visit and price. Everyone was very pleasant and skilled. I went in with two other friends and we all walked out rejuvenated! I will be coming back.

I always get great service at Top Nails. They do an excellent job on manicures and pedicures!
