The nail service was great! However...UNSAFE. Happy Nails on Chapman at Jamboree in Orange. Sign on door that masks are required. This lady came in with her daughter, entitled as all heck, and refused to put a mask on. They still did her nails and toes, and her daughters, while she complained about everything the whole time. I was using a gift certificate and was in the middle of my pedicure or I would have got up and left. I kept my head turned away from her direction the rest of my time there, and secured my mask, but talk about stressful! Never again!

You people should really be ashamed of yourselves I'm letting all my friends know how you degraded & humiliated a woman who has lupus an autoimmune disease THAT IS NOT CONTAGIOUS & you refused her service because you are small minded people!!! Shame on you how do you people live with yourselves? I hope you go out of business & then you'll know that you only have yourself to blame! Grow up!!!!!

I hadn't had my nails done in such a long time, I had a party coming up so I decided I wanted to pamper myself! I went in for a pedicure and manicure and WOW it was like I was treated like a royal queen! Incredibly lovely staff that paid so much attention to every detail of my hands, nails, toes and feet. Very professional! They were very warm and kind, and I about fell asleep with bliss at their caring touch! Incredible value for $35 for a mani and pedi, and I was honored to be able to tip both of the ladies well for their beautiful artistic craftsmanship. Everyone thanked me upon my way out with smiles and kindness. I can't wait to go back again.

Called to make an appointment and Lady named Tami said she would do a fill in keeping in mind that they are one of the quick service performed. Megan was the assistant u0 front on the phone that made my AP we told her 2e we're twenty mins away she said great. Click. The address on the Google site is not correct . I'm lost trying to find the salon whenever I thought to call Megan for directions she said their closed come TMR well I'm leaving California to go to Indiana to seemy son and family I haven't seen in two years. And I asked why couldn't someone stay fifteen mins over to do a gel fill in ..... Fifteen mins twenty tops so that they could keep my business . They do not care about their business clients or care to go out of the way on any of their job duties fully other Than minimum service . They want u in and out because the quicker you move your clients the more people u do the more tips u get unless u took ur time on each person so they'd leave a good tip above average I am a cosmetologist my don't go to them .
