I would just like to start by saying I have never written a review because I don’t usually care enough to do so but this place is that TERRIBLE. I have given this place so many chances because it is really convenient being in the mall but this is the last straw. I have known better for awhile to not get manicures here because they always turn out terrible. My boyfriend and I gave it a shot to get pedicures. He ended up not getting one because of how poorly mine turned out. I asked for my toenails to not be trimmed just filed because I like them a little bit longer and the tech didn’t listen. She “trimmed” my nails so severely that my toes were BLEEDING they also were completely uneven. She just kept rubbing it off like it was nothing or that I didn’t see it. Then to make matters worse they rushed me out before my nails were dry and put my shoes on and RUINED the paint I just paid for????!!! And I don’t even understand why they rushed me there wasn’t anyone else in the place. If I could give zero stars I would I’m so upset. This was the first time treating myself after having my daughter 6 months ago and this is what I got.

Me and my freinds went to get our nails done and we immediately noticed that they were short staffed, plus bad behavior. Though, one gentleman did an amazing job on my freind’s nails. I’m giving two stars for bad customer service and because they did OK nails.

I've gotten a reasonably good pedicure here a couple of times, nothing spectacular nothing terrible. But I cannot stand businesses that don't manage to keep their posted hours. I was simply using them for their convenient location but it's not very convenient when you show up and they haven't bothered to open.

This place is so bad. When she applied to acrylic to my nail, she put it on my skin, and now my nail won't grow out. They don't push back your cuticle and the nail filing job is trash. I DO NOT recommend going here if you want YOUR NAILS DONE RIGHT.

-1! I came here 4 times hoping I would have a better experience but it got worse every time. This last visit was TERRIBLE! Overall time here was 2&1/2 hours. We were soaking for 1 hour... obviously the water got cold! The massage features didn’t work and when I got up from my seat I smelled a strong musty scent. It was from the back of my chair. The smell ended up sticking to my shirt. So now I smell like someone else’s sweat! I didn’t want the pedicure after that! I HAD to get my nails done for an event I was attending so I sat in a different chair at the tables while she did my nails. The place is dusty and dirty, they speak in a language I obviously don’t understand, which is very rude. Fast forward to the end... my nails polish has bubbles, rough edges on my nails and my cuticles look terrible. I have glue all over my fingers that wouldn’t come off with just washing. I wish I could upload a photo to show how bad these nails look. I didn’t want to stay any longer because the experience has just gone downhill. Now I have to pay someone else to correct the mistakes. 30.00 was what I paid and I didn’t even get gel polish. My recommendation to this establishment is to clean your salon thoroughly, especially the seats, get new polishes that are not thick and sticky, new towels, brushes, and tools that are sterile! Have your chairs maintenanced, Hire more staff and don’t take on more clients just to have them wait for over an hour after they “pick a color” I will NEVER return!
