Worst haircut ever. Its uneven and not remotely what I asked for. Now I have to pay even more money to have someone else fix their mistake.

The lady cutting my hair did the complete opposite of what I told her. I told her to leave the front length of my hair alone. Before I could say anything she clipped it more than half way down really quick. It was all downhill after that. If you decide to go here, Good luck.

UPDATE: went back and used my normal barber. He did a great job.
Normally pretty good, the the barber Ree doesn’t listen so well. I told her 1 and 2 on the sides and trimmed on top. She gave me a 1 the sides and 2 on the top. This is the exact reason I stopped going to the BX and NEX. Damn shame, I should have just left without paying. Why would a guy that comes in with a comb over all of the sudden wants a buzz cut.

Went in with my daughter to get her hair cut and was greeted by the worst customer service I have ever seen. My daughter ask and even shown a picture of what she wanted done. And was harrassed and spoke to with a loud tone. YOU ASK LATER, WHATS YOUR NUMBER. Not sure want she was talking about. I calmly asked you mean phone number. And was answered with the most rude voice. I asked if she could use any number, so she did and check us in. I looked behind me and noticed no line and only 2 customers sitting down. We then went to take a seat and I asked my daughter if she wanted to call the navy exchange salon just in case great clipscan not accommodate her hair style. The very rude check in personal them cancelled my daughters check in. And loudly told us, YOU GOING NEX SO NO NEED CHECK IN. I then asked why would you do that. And she then said the same thing. We left and now understand why they only had 2 customers. This place has no respect for the military and customers. I hope this place finds a new direction, this is a small island.

Checked in on-line...went to go into the store. Doors locked. One stylist was busy with a customer, but the other just glanced at me and turned away. Stood outside for abt 30 mins, then left.
