One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in a while. Excellent costumer service from start to finish. The associate at the desk, Christina, was very welcoming and personable and very prompt on getting me set up with a room. The room and the rest of the facility was clean and updated and the breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast. From the desk to the housekeeping staff to the breakfast attendant, everyone was very professional and friendly. If I find myself back in the Nashville area this will be my first choice

Had a very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and room clean, the lobby was clean, and it had a good complete breakfast. The fitness center also looked really nice. I’m pregnant and couldn’t sleep at 1 in the morning. The receptionists were super sweet and got me some milk so I could have some cereal to help me go back to bed. The customer service over all was really good. If I were to be picky, the outside cabinets of the bathroom sink were dirty and the doors could be cleaned where people touch them all the time. And the artificial room fragrance they had in there was strong and made me cough. But honestly that’s again just being picky and didn’t affect the enjoyments of my stay over all.

Very nice hotel, smells very good! I liked the breakfast area, i wanted to drink some hot tea on evening and I found a variety of teas there👍🏻 Bed was comfortable, but pillows very thick! (i should travel with my own 😁) Couldn't sleep good, slept without pillow. TV'S brightness is very low and there is no way to change it on settings. Heat works great👍🏻 Shower was good.

Nice lughted parking, nice lobby, friendly people (Flip), large clean quiet room, modern bathroom, decent fresh breakfast, Great value for the price. The downs. If you like it to be dark when you sleep, they had a night light built into the light switch that cannot be turned off or easily blocked.

Very noisy stay, we got very little sleep. Complaining to front desk did nothing. Breakfast was terrible. No donuts, muffin or Danish. Sign said Sausage, but it was fake sausage or plant sausage. We were told by the breakfast attended that the "wedding" party that was staying there didn't eat pork So no one ate Pork. No choice. We were also given the same excuse for the noise when we check out. It was the wedding party staying there and they were accommodating them. No apologies or anything to make us feel like our accommodation or stay mattered. We loved Nashville and our Uber driver suggested places we have to visit on our next trip, but we won't be staying here.
