I came here last week based off their good reviews. I must say these ladies really cater to you I'm 8 months pregnant and they made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Such a wonderful experience and the best spa experience I've ever had. May gives the best pedicures/massages and Von is fantastic with manicures! I will definitely be back. I can't remember the last lady name but she was from California and she put the cherry on top of the cake with this experience. Thank you so much Holly Nails!

Holly Nails rates as one of the poorest customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Their assistant/secretary definitely doesn't have people skills. I'm under the assumption that she attributes age or race to a person's intellectual level when in reality she has no idea who she is dealing with. I would not recommend this facility to any one within the greater Jackson metro area just due to her poor social skills & rudeness on both occasions that I attended this establishment for nail services
