DO NOT GO HERE. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because their work isn’t bad but the way they treat customers disgusts me. They are the rudest, nastiest people I’ve ever met. ESPECIALLY the owner. I’ve never felt more disrespect by any so-called business. I’m not going back until they hire people that actually know good customer service. The lady also cut me multiple times. They are so unprofessional.

absolutely rude. the lady put super glue underneath my nails after the manicure was done. this made them look extremely uneven on the sides. I kindly asked her if she could file them, she yelled at me & said they looked fine. they pick favorites it's very annoying. & they don't work on customers one at a time. they will stop your manicure to do another. very unprofessional & I will never ever be returning. my nails came out terrible for $42. they are lucky they even got a tip, because how I got treated i was contemplating NOT tipping at all.

This is the absolute worst nail salon I've been to. I haven't been able to get my nails done bc my regular salon is far and I've been busy. So I found this place on my way home from work. I called and asked about prices and the owner told me $32 for a hard gel fill. I get there and sit down and they give me two sets of gel colors to look at. I didn't find the pale pink I wanted. Then I notice another woman has a third set. So I asked to look at it and my nail tech tells me I saw what she has. I told her I saw a woman has another, and that I just want a pale pink. She ignored me. So then I ask if they can do an airbrush ombré. She said yes. A few mins later she turns away and starts working on someone else. After waiting a bit, the owner turns around in his chair and starts to airbrush my nails. It wasn't ombré at all. It was just a solid French tip. I told him I would like it more faded because that wasn't ombré. He immediately raises his voice saying he can't do that. I was like "then why did she tell me you could?" And he tells me he does this all the time for customers and no ones as picky as me! Extremely rude and unprofessional. If I'm paying for something for myself then I have a right to get what I want. So after he threw his little fit I turned back around and weighed my options with colors. The woman comes back and puts a "pale pink" on me but really it was almost clear. Still not what I wanted. So 30 seconds into thinking what next, she tells me to just go somewhere else. SO I said fine, and she tells me $30! I said for what?! There's no color! And she said for changing my nail shape. Then the owner starts legit yelling at me for questioning the price and saying that every nail salon charges for that. No they do not! Ive been to my share of nail salons, no one has EVER charged for a shape change. So I paid them and left. This has been one of the worst customer service treatments I have ever had. This guy should not be in business.

Staff and manager were rude. The place was dirty and the woman doing my nails cut me three times. When told what I wanted done to my nails they completely ignored it and just tried to paint my nails when I told them a third time what I wanted to have done with my nails the manager yelled at me. Worst experience ever.

I've lived in Cream Ridge for 5 years and have struggled during that time to find the right nail place for me. I went there on a whim after passing it one day and I was so impressed! They took me in immediately as a walk in and I had an exceptional pedicure done. The owner was super friendly and the entire staff seems great. Can't wait to go back!
