I have come to this mall for years, seen multiple dogs across the building. I come in with my service dog as I always have just to get hunted down by some rent-a-cop that I cannot be there with my service dog. The amount of time spent observing my dog would have shown he was showing no dog like behaviors and was working. Just because a dog isn't walking on the floor doesn't give right to discrimination. I'm disgusted by the actions of this wanna be police man over a building he has no right discriminating in. I am severely disappointed and will be choosing not to spend thousands here as I have been in these stores for years. Learn to tell the difference between a service dog and a pet. Thank you.

Sangertown square really needs some attention to detail. The exterior of the property could use some updating. The parking spaces are always clustered around the anchor stores and it’s not easy to find a spot without having to hike to the few entrances. If you look at the parking lots, you can see where a ton of space is wasted and the flow of traffic makes no sense. The result is cars standing in the fire lanes, and cars circling around aimlessly.
Inside, the mall feels empty and dark. Many stores are vacant, the lighting is very dim, and the whole place needs a deep detailed cleaning. Dust is everywhere once you get above shoulder height. The obvious items are taken care of - floors and trash cans, but there is a lot of room to improve.
The food court is severely lacking. There is 4 food choices on a good day. I’d recommend the pizza joint it has a large cheese and 4 fountain drinks for $20, which is the best value you will find. The Chinese place has raised prices to the roof, their small combo is now $8? For lukewarm food sitting under a heat lamp. And Subway… a rip off at $10 for a sandwich. Plan on spending $50 for 4 people to eat lunch.
The restrooms are dark and dingy, they never have toilet paper or paper towels in stock. Instead of actually sanitizing they just get a quick wipe down and that’s the end of it.
There really isn’t much to recommend here anymore. Some new retailers with better prices might help, as would some fresh food offerings.
The stores within the mall all could use some deep cleaning and dusting as well.

No good stores and no good restaurants. And horrible parking area, people are nuts.
